"Without Future+Hope, Harlow Youth Vision would not be able to have the huge impact we have on young peoples lives today."
Luke Kingsmill, Project Manager

FutureHope can help you turn vision into reality by providing CONSULTANCY, SUPPORT and MENTORING LEADERS, giving input to strategic development, structure, help with policies and procedures, clarifying vision, leadership traits and personal/character development, service delivery, fundraising events, and training programmes for staff and volunteers. We can work with the following:

Existing groups wanting to expand their project or service by developing an effective universal or targeted response that works with young people who are already misusing substances, or maybe ‘at risk’. New groups seeking to respond to the needs of young people in their locality. Future+Hope can provide a complete starter package including strategy, policies, agreements, programmes, events, PSHE lessons, group work and mentoring.

Our development worker has been part of the core leadership/management team for Harlow Youth Vision, for over 1 year now and is also mentoring their project manager Luke Kingsmill who has this to say “Mark has… been a member of our core team which makes all the leadership decisions for HYV and meets once a month. Mark has given some invaluable advice and support. Amongst other things he has helped us consider the different options open to a small non-profit organisation before becoming a full charity, saving us a huge and unnecessary administrative burden. He has also helped us develop relevant policies and given us practical advice on running projects, working with young people and raising financial support.”

FutureHope is also working with MAPS (Mentoring And Peer Support), an award winning service based in the London Borough of Sutton. FutureHope is helping them develop their existing substance misuse work with young people in the area and potentially offering a targeted young people’s treatment service.
